CROOK — At Mifflin, Tenn., Brother Jerry J. Crook, aged 26 years. Deceased was a worthy brother. His funeral was conducted by Union Lodge No. 140, at Mifflin, with usual masonic ceremonies, on the 25th ult. The lodge passed usual resolutions of sorrow and regret. |
May 15, 1874, volume four, number four, page 64:
BRAY — Bro. E. G. Bray, of Union Lodge No. 140, at Mifflin, Tenn., departed this life at his new home in Trenton, Tenn., March 31, 1874. He was kindly cared for by the members of Trenton Lodge No. 86, and was buried with Masonic honors by Constantine Lodge No. 64, at Lexington. His own Lodge passed resolutions of sympathy and regret at their brother's death, an tendered thanks to Lodges Nos. 64 and 86 for their kindness and attention. |
