BUCKLEY CEMETERY
Located in extreme southwest Henderson County about .7 mile east of the juncture of the Luray and Harris Roads, including about .3 mile over the Buckley Cemetery Road from Harris Road. This is a black-white cemetery, apparently outgrowth of a plantation graveyard. There is a box tombstone for the white man, John H. Buckley (giving inscription: Born in the State of Virginia, April 6, 1975; died Jan. 25, 1857). The black section is on the north side of the cemetery. At least four graves and probably more are unmarked by legible markers.
