This cemetery list off Yuma Road east of Wildersville. A sign on Yuma Road at the access road designates the cemetery as Cozart Cemetery. There are 24 concrete blocks. At several of the blocks in the two easternmost rows modern temporary marker plates denote known Cozart family burials. This cemetery was recorded December 29, 1999.
Betsy Patterson and Derrick Lewis recorded this cemetery in 1976. Their record appears in Henderson County, Tennessee Cemetery Inscriptions (R. H. Harris, Memphis, 1976). This is referred to as Patterson and Lewis in notes below.
