I'm researching the family name "Crook". I have traced my
great-grandfather (Washington or Wash Crook) back to Cookeville Tenn
(Putnam county)~1860 circa. He married a "Nannie Suggart" and
they had 5 children. Their names: "Reece Comer or Comer Reese"
(my grandfather),Ella Louise, Claude, Diebral and Sara Vance Crook. My
grandfather migrated to Detroit where he met and married "Leolly
Graham". They had 8 children. Their names: Lillie Mae, Cornelius,
Phillip (my father), Howard, Carl, Harry, Sharon and Kenneth Crook. I
will appreciate any information you might have on my great-grandfather
(did he have any brothers or sisters, what were his parents names, etc).
Please share any information you may have, concerning any of my family
members with me. I do know Diebral and his wife "Donnie" moved
back to Cookeville Tenn, where they both passed during the 1980's.
Thank-you in advance for any information you have to share with me.
