I, D. H. Daniel, of Perry County, Tennessee, being of sound mind but poor in
health, hereby make and publish this, my last will and testament revoking all
former wills by me at any time made.

Section 1.  First, I direct that all my just debts including funeral and burial
expenses, be paid out of the first funds that come into the hands of my
Executrix.  To carry this Clause into execution, I direct that my live-stock
and other personal property, or such part thereof as may be necessary, be sold
and the proceeds applied to payment of such debts, if any there be.

Section 2.  I give, devise and bequeath to my dearly beloved wife, Annie Conder
Daniel, my 6/8 (Six-eighths) interest in and to the farm whereon I now reside,
located and lying on the waters of roan's Creek in the Second Civil District of
Perry County, Tennessee, this being all the Real Estate which I die possessed
of.  The remaining 2/8 (Two-eighths) of this undivided tract belong to my two
sisters, Mrs. Fannie Daniel Cotham and Mrs. Mattie Daniel Peters.  this bequest
is made without restrictions or reservations.

Section 3.  After all my debts are paid, I give, devise and bequeath to my said
wife, Annie Conder Daniel, all other property both real and personal including
all Household and Kitchen furniture, car, Farming Implements, Livestock and all
other personalty of whatever description, of which I may die possessed.

Section 4.  I hereby nominate my wife, the said Annie Daniel, Sole Executor of
this, my last Will & Testament, and she shall not be required to give bond when
qualifying as such.

In testimony hereof I have hereunto affixed my signature on this, the 6 day of
April, 1944.

We, whose names appear below have witnessed the signing of the above
instrument, at the request of D. H. Daniel whose signature was affixed in our
presence and in the presence of each other.
