James Kelly was born in Perry County TN in 1817, died in Newton County MO in 1899.Mary Ann “Polly” Randel was born in Spencer County IN in 1818, died in Newton County MO in 1908.They were married in Perry County TN in 1836 & moved to Newton County MO in 1851.They were blessed with 13 children:<\/p>\n
