Be it remembered that on the 7 day Sept (1874?) a certain
\npaper writing purposting to be the last will and testament
\nof A C Danshee Decd was presented for probate which is in
\nthe words and figures following to wit)
\nA C Danshee do make and publish this my last will
\nand testament hereby revoking all others by me at anytime
\nmade prior to this date.
\nFirst at my decease it is my wish and desire that all my
\njust debts be paid together with my funeral expenses
\nas soon as practicable.
\nSecond I give and bequeath to my son Thos. E.
\nDanshee all my Estate both real and personal.
\nI have given to my son W. W. Danshee the
\nsum of Eleven hundred and fifteen Dollars and I desire
\nto give him nothing more.
\nI have hereto fare given to Danisa Boyers
\nOne thousand Dollars and some of her property
\nand I desire her to receive nothing more of my Estate.
\nI have hereto fare given to Mary T. Coleman between
\nthree and four hundred Dollars and she may remain on the
\nland whereon she now resides during my life free of rent
\nif she sees proper to do so and I desire her to receive no more
\nof my estate.
\nI have given hereto fare Susan Blackburn
\nEleven hundred Dollars and I desire her to have nothing more of
\nmy Estate.
\nThis will is made whilst I am of sound mind disposing
\nmemory in the presence of the witnepes here and to subscribe
\nto attesting witnepes. This 30″ July 1867
\nI hereby nominate and appoint W. S. Matwell my
\nexecutor in the presence of<\/p>\n

And thereupon appeard W. S. Matwell and E. L. Roberts in open
\nCourt who upon their oaths state to the Court that they
\nsigned said paper writing as the last will and testament
\nof said A. C. Danshee Decd at his special instance and
\nrequest in his presence as attesting witnepes,
\nthere to and the said A.C. Danshee Decd did publish
\nexecute and declare said paper writing to be his last
