Ward &#8211; Obituary"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>OBITUARY for James T. Ward- 16 Sept 1965<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Funeral Services Held Friday for James T. Ward&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Friday at McDonald Funeral Home, for James Thomas Ward, 84. Rev. N. F.Lancaster officiated. Burial was in Sutton Cemetery on Marsh Creek.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Ward died Thursday at Perry County Hospital after a long illness. He was a native of Perry County, son of the late Reuben and Sallie Dickson Ward. He was a resident of Marsh Creek, where he lived his entire life. He was a member of the Methodist Church.<\/p>\n<p>Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Lena Ward, six daughters; Mrs. Hessie Wiley, Rutherford, Tenn; Mrs. Lucille Dabbs,Parsons, Tenn, Mrs. Pauline Rigsby, Mrs. Elizabeth Ramey and Mrs. Mittie Pearl Mealer, all of Nashville, and Mrs. Mary James of Waynesboro; two brothers, Laury Ward of Linden and Grady Ward of Mt. Pleasant, Tenn; two sisters, Mrs. Lillie Evans, Fowlkes, Tenn; and Mrs. Ethel Pollock, Wayne, Mich.; 27 grand children and several great grandchildren.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>OBITUARY for James T.
