Elmer A. Dickson, 94, of Kenton died Oct. 21, 1998, at Union City Manor Nursing Home.<\/p>\n
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Karnes Funeral Home-Kenton, with Kevin Thomason and Everett Hufford officiating. Burial will follow in Sunnyside Cemetery in Kenton.\u00a0 Friends may call at the funeral home 6-9 this evening.<\/p>\n
He was born Jan. 25, 1904, in Linden, son of the late James Bedford and Lanora (Ward) Dickson. He was the widower of Geraldine Dickson and was a retired carpenter.<\/p>\n
Survivors include a daughter, Sue Green of Kenton; a sister, Evelyn Kaechle of Portage, Ind., and four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.<\/p>\n
