16 Feb 2010<\/td>\nDon’t forget – I’m still looking for copies of original documents which had signatures of anyone who lived in Perry County from 1930 or before.\u00a0 If you send me a scanned image of the document, I can crop out the signature.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Signatures are often times the only physical evidence we have of a person – photography is a relatively modern invention.\u00a0 So send them in!!!!<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
16 Feb 2010<\/td>\nHi Folks – Well, I’m back and adding some updates to the site today.\u00a0\u00a0 I took some time off over Christmas – which went into January.\u00a0 But I’m glad to be back. If you need images to illustrate any work assignments check out these royalty free images<\/a> which are great. We have some new things coming up – we’ll have our own mailing list, which I’m excited about.\u00a0 So watch for that.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

17 Dec 2009<\/td>\nI was sad to receive word of the death of Mary Bowen on Sunday, November 22 at her home in Linden.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 She was one of the main authors of the series of published books about Perry County Cemeteries in the 1990s.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 We refer to those books constantly, and they are the premiere resource for cemeteries in Perry County. She was 82 years old.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
