Published at Allardt from November 12, 1891, to March 21, 1895; published at Jamestown from March 28, 1895, to September 7, 1916.  Foster and Albertson were the first publishers. On December 10, 1891, J. W. Blanchard and T. C. Sherman became the publishers. March 28, 1895, T. C. Sherman became the sole owner and editor.<\/p>\n

These marriages are from the area of Fentress, Pickett, Overton, and Morgan Counties. They were abstracted from Jamestown Newspapers microfilm rolls #101 and #102 at the Tennessee State Library and Archives.<\/p>\n
