On December 10, 1891, J. W. Blanchard and T. C. Sherman became the publishers. March 28, 1895, T. C. Sherman became the sole owner and editor.<\/p>\n<p>These marriages are from the area of Fentress, Pickett, Overton, and Morgan Counties.
