I, Andrew J ANDERSON of the county of Fentress and State of Tenn have This day bargained and sold and do hereby transfer & convey unto Artema VOILS a certain tract or parcel of land lying in The State of Tennessee in the County of Fentress on The waters of Crooked Creek and Bounded as follows to Beginning on a white oak & maple near The mouth of Stinnsons rosans Camp branch running west one hundred poles to a red oak Thence North Eighty poles white oak Thence East One hundred poles to a stake Thence South Eighty poles Crossing The same Branch to The Beginning so as to include The farm and appurtenances Thereunto where Enoch VOILES now lives to have and to hold said land with its Estate & interest and appurtenances Thereunto belonging to her The said Artema VOILS and her heirs and assigns forever The said ANDERSON doth Covenant with The said A. VOILS her heirs & assigns That he is The lawful seized and possessed said land in fee simple and That he has good right to Convey The sa [as submitted]
