Nancy HUFFAKER wife of M. HUFFAKER; born Fentress Co., Tenn., Jan. 21, 1816; died Wayne Co., Ky., August 6, 1849; married July 14, 1831 and moved to Wayne County; two daughters.

Arthur R. FROGG died May 13, 1855 aged nearly 80 years; born Va.; moved to Clinton Co., Ky., then to Indiana where his wife died; moved to Fentress Co., Tenn.; md Miss Luvica SMITH; he “possessed an irritable temper.”

Eliza R. GRISSOM b Dec. 15, 1807; d Adair Co., Ky., July 4, 1869; d/o William and Drusilla GOGGIN; raised in Cumberland Co., Ky.; md Charles GILL, Oct. 7, 1828 and lived in Fentress Co., Tenn.; he died Dec. 14, 1833 and she md (2) Franklin W. GRISSOM, May 1, 1836.

Jane K. SALLEE, nee REDMAN, died Wayne Co., Ky. May 8, 1874; born Fentress Co., Tenn. Dec. 26, 1819; md Harrison M. SALLEE, Dec. 26, 1843; surviving were husband and one son.

Deborah Jane SHELLEY dau of Cornelius and Deborah FROGGE; born Fentress Co., Tenn., Oct. 19, 1829; married Rev. L. S. SHELLEY, Jan. 18, 1855; died Clinton To., Ky., April 22, 1877. “My sister was a lady of deep piety.” (T. C. FROGGE)

Melissie E. WESTMORELAND daughter of James G. and Mary LEAMON, born Oct. 27, 1858; died Sept. 7, 1887; married W. W. WESTMORELAND, Feb. 15, 1874; her husband died Mar. 20, 1885. (He was born in Fentress Co., Tenn., April 2, 1844.)

Jaspeer J. CAMPBELL born Fentress Co., Tenn., Aug. 1, 1834; married Lucinda J. CARPTER, Aug. 18, 1860; Confederate veteran; moved to Logan Co., Ky. in 1866; farmer; died from lingering effects of pneumonia, Mar. 9, 1889.

Rev. Timothy Carpenter FROGGE born Fentress Co., Tenn., April 21, 1821; son of Cornelius and Deborah Carpenter FROGGE; grandson of Rev. Timothy CARPENTER, a pioneer Methodist preacher; joined Methodist Church, Sept. 18, 1837, Wayne Co., Ky.; licensed to preach in Methodist Church in August 1840; admitted to Ky. Conference; ordained deacon and in 1847 ordained elder; married (1) Harriet C. WILSON (died 1855), Albany, Ky., Jan. 7, 1847; 4 children; (2) Mrs. Sarah P. PILLOW, nee DUNCAN, May 8, 1862; 2 children, one died, the other, T. F. FROGGE, in whose residence he died, 3 miles east of Russellville, Ky., Nov. 28, 1899, just little more than a year after his wife’s demise; buried “in the Duncan graveyard, where sleeps Dr. Edward STEVENSON, one half mile east from there sleeps Rev. John LITTLEJOHN and one half mile east of him, in sight of where FROGGE lived sleeps Rev. Valentine COOK.” Four stepchildren, the youngest being Wiley G. PILLOW of Oregon.

PETERS and Mrs. Henderson McGUINIS; married (1) Nancy WRIGHT, Mar. 3, 1850; (2) Hannah EVANS; died June 15, 1904; a successful farmer and lawyer.
