WILBORN born December 15, 1841 died January 11, 1892 he was married to Sarah Ophelia WILLIAMS she was died July 21, 1908 they both are buried in the St. John Cemetery in Clay County, Tennessee. Although is what used to be Overton County. He may have been a high ranking officer from Overton County and possibly served in Jefferson Davis cabinet.
