Clear Creek Church was organized November 17, 1875.
We being called on by the members given life by the Sinking Springs Church for constitution met on the 17th day of November 1875 at Clear Creek and after examining them and finding them sound in the faith and they receiving the form of government we presented them. We pronounced them a church in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Done on Clear Creek, Cumberland County Tennessee, November 17, 1875.

Council Meeting at Clear Creek Church of Primitive Baptist Held on the 2nd Saturday in Jul 1908 with the following presbytery present:

To reorganize with the following members present:

The articles of faith was read and agreed upon (an motion)
Rev. John Smith was elected moderator for the next 12 months. (an motion)
Brother G.W. Smith was elected church clerk which was approved by the fellowship by extending to each other the right hand.
Then opened the door of the church and received: Leonna E. Green by experience and baptism. No further business appearing, dismissed in order.
