East Church was always known as Church.)<\/p>\n<p>Date Unknown<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>East Florida Avenue was originally Mathews Street.<\/li>\n<li>West Leah Street was originally Fort (Foot) Street.<\/li>\n<li>West Vine Street was originally Hoosier Street.<\/li>\n<li>West Main Street was originally Water Street.<\/li>\n<li>Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive was originally Grove Street.<\/li>\n<li>South Division Street was originally Bank Street.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>SUBDIVISIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Area north of Vine Street and east of Division Street &#8211; known originally as C. N. Gibbs&#8217; Addition<\/li>\n<li>Area north of Leah Street and between Division and Second Streets &#8211; known originally as A. W. Campbell&#8217;s Addition.<\/li>\n<li>Area east of Home Street and south of Vine Street &#8211; known originally as J. H. Roulhac&#8217;s Addition<\/li>\n<li>Area between Summer Street, railroad, Home Street, and Flower Street &#8211; known originally as F. W. Mathews&#8217; Addition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>J. H. Roulhac&#8217;s Addition<\/strong> is the oldest planned subdivision in Union City.
