Mrs. Jettie Garrett Stringfield,\u00a0<\/b>105, Sunbright died Tuesday morning, Feb. 25, 1986 in the Harriman Hospital.\u00a0 She was a member of the Annadell Baptist Church and the wife of the late Frazier Stringfield.\u00a0 She was also preceded in death by six children: Flonia Freeman, Flora Barnes, Earl Stringfield and three who died in early childhood, Frances, Ernest and Freddy Stringfield.\u00a0 Surviving are three sons: Pearl Stringfield of Sunbright; Myrl Stringfield of Dayton, Ohio; and Byrl Stringfield of Acworth, Georgia; five daughters: Flonnie Sears and Flossie Garrett, both of Lancing; Florida Sexton of Sunbright; and Flora Shadden and Betty Jo Kirkland, both Harriman;\u00a0 43 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 34 great-great-grandchildren.\u00a0 Funeral services will be held today (Thursday) at 11:00 a.m. at the Annadell Baptist Church with the Rev. Billy Mitchell, the Rev. Ralph Nance, and the Rev. Billy Wayne Garrett officiating. Interment will follow in the Elizabeth Cemetery, with Schuberts of Sunbright-Wartburg in charge of arrangements.
