\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The above family helped to settle Morgan Co. TN.
\n*OLMSTEAD, MOLLIE GARRETT, 105, Sunbright, went to be with the Lord April 15, 2005 in the Lifecare Center of Morgan County. She was born October 13, 1899. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and was of the Baptist faith.
\nShe was preceded in death by her father and mother, Ben and Laura Garrett; husband, Carl Olmstead; five sons, Reed, Roy, Carl, Wayne, Hiram (Hi) and Jack Olmstead; three daughters, Marie Haynes, Loreen Robbins and Minnie Cochran.
\nShe is survived by three daughters, Iva Mayton of Harriman, Edith Olmstead and Willadeen Wright of Huntsville, Ala.; 26 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and great-great-great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends. She will forever be loved by family, friends and all who knew her.
\nThe family received friends Sunday evening, April 17, 2005 from 5 to 8 p.m. in Schubert Funeral Home in Sunbright. Funeral services followed with Rev. Mark Booth officiating. A graveside service was held Monday at 11 a.m. in Mount Hope Cemetery, Deer Lodge. Grandsons and great-grandsons served as pallbearers.
