Neil, 78-year-old widower and great-grandfather.<\/p>\n The marriage was performed – with the consent of the bride’s father, Charlie Vespie, and upon written recommendation by County Judge George W. Dagley – by Squire J.L. Kaufman at his home.<\/p>\n County Court Clerk, Glena K. Ott said she issued the marriage license after the girl’s father appeared with the recommendation.
