Flat Fork Cemetery

FLAT FORK CEMETERYLocated East of Wartburg, turn off Hwy 62
on to Flat Fork Rd. The cemetery is located on the right side of the road just past the Regional Prison. There are several graves marked with very tall stones and one grave completely cover with rock.

(note: based on the 1900 census, Mary Ann was born in April 1942 and Samuel was born in May 1833.  Samuel ASHER, aka ASHURST was the son of Elijah ASHURST and Mary (Polly) HALL.  And the grandson of Samuel C. HALL and Jane LAYMANCE)
