BLAKE, ALMA F., 101, of the Pine Orchard community, Oakdale, died Thursday, Dec. 4, 2008, in Roane Medical Center, Harriman. She was of
the Christian faith. She was preceded in death by parents, Walter T. and Minnie Farmer Blake; and sisters, Robbie Blake Hope and Violet Blake Hope.
Survivors include cousin, Bo Miles of Oakdale; nephews, Ed Hope of
Oakdale and Walter Fisher of Lexington, Ky.; nieces, Jean Davison of
Cincinnati and Nan Doyle of Oakdale; a host of great-nieces and
great-nephews; and other family, friends and loved ones.
A private graveside service and burial were at Pine Orchard Cemetery.
Davis Funeral Home, Harriman, was in charge of arrangements.
