William Nelson Rubel graduated form CHS in 1965 and enlisted in the United States Navy.  WILLIAM NELSON RUBEL, served in the U. S. Navy in Viet-Nam. He served in P3 Orion Anti-Submarine Warfare in Patrol Squadron 22 from 1968-69-70 in Viet-Nam, rank E-6
