Noncupative Will of Paul Castleberry deed, proven by William Holloway and William Hust. Made just before he went to Orleans. There is no date but on the same page is dated July term 1815. He names his brother-in-law, John Trice, nephew, Franklin Trice and brother, John Castleberry. (Will Book B, Montgomery Co., Tenn. page 281)

John Trice is administrator of Paul Castleberry decd. - made 18 July 1815.  Edward Trice and  Thos. Bunch were bondsmen (Will book B., p.279)

John Trice married Nancy Castleberry. -
