Jacob H. Black born about 1792 in Sumner Co. TN. and died March 1849 in Lone Oak, Montgomery Co. TN. He was the son of Michael and Eve Raimer Black. War of 1812  Muster Roll states pay roll of a company of Vol Infantry commanded by Captain William Lauderdale of the First Regiment Volunteer Infantry commanded by Col. Edward Bradley, in the service of the United States from the 26th September, 1813, to the 10th December, 1813.
