WORLD WAR I SOLDIER
Harvill, Halbert - Born 1893. Served in Company L,325th Infantry, 82nd
Division. He was in the trenches in the spring of 1918 in France. He
was sent to Officers School at Langres, France July 1918, and
Commissioned a 2nd Lt. He was assigned to 307th Infantry, 77th
Division. He took part in Meuse-Argonne offensive to Armistace on
Nov.11,1918. He was transferred to 23rd Infantry, 2nd Division and sent
to Germany with Army of Occupation. He also served in WWII on active
duty May 23, 1942.
