Charles
E. Clinard, ADCS, US Navy, Vietnam War Veteran,born in
Camden, TN 1 July 1942 but was raised in Montgomery County, went to
Woodlawn High School, then joined the Navy in 1960 and served until
1981. He retired then moved back to Clarksville.
