Program Given at Opening of Ringgold School

    The fall term at Ringgold school opened this morning witha large enrollment.  Miss John Powers and Miss Katheryn Royster will again this year be the instructors and under their superviision a splendid program was given this morning.
       1.  Song  - "America" - By Audience.  Pianist: Mrs. D. W. Durrett.
       2.  Devotional - Rev. K. Thomas
       3.   Vocal Solo -  "My Task" - E. L. Asford;  "My Shadow", Ward Stephens - By Mrs. Cornelia Stephens.  Accompanist, Mrs. Homer Neblett.
       4.  Reading - "Friday Afternoon at Village School" - By Ann Elizabeth Atkins.
       5.  Dance - "Basket of Flowers" - Elizabeth Riley.  Accompanied on piano by Miss Louise Kerr.
       6.  Speaker - Mrs. C. D. Mills, president of Community Club.  Subject: "Dental Work in the Rural Schools."
       7.  Reading - "Sister in the Medicine Closet" by Irene Bourne
       8.  Closing Song -  "Battle Hymn of the Republic."
