Miss Mary Blanche Young Weds
I. E. Beaumont At Home Ceremony

            The Reverend O. E. Hall, pastor of the St. Bethlehem Methodist church, officiated in the presence of the immediate families and a few friends.

            The wedding music was given by Mrs. Waldo Young.  Preceding the ceremony she played Salut d’Armour by Elder.  For the entrance of the wedding party she played Mendelssohn’s :Wedding March” and during the ring ceremony Schubert’s Serenade was softly rendered.

            The nuptials took place before an improvised alter of spirea in tall baskets and ferns, and lighted with white tapers in crystal holders. 

            The reception rooms of the home were decorated with quantities of spring flowers.

            The bride was attractive in blue, triple sheer crepe and harmonizing accessories.  Her flowers were gardenias and valley lilies.

            Miss Sallie Beaumont and Miss Margaret Young were the only attendants.  Miss Beaumont wore blue crepe and carried an arm bouquet of Briarcliff roses.  Miss Young chose brown taffeta and carried Joanna Hill roses.

            For the past several years Mrs. Beaumont has been employed as assistant bookkeeper for the United States Tobacco company.

            Immediately after the ceremony Mr. And Mrs. Beaumont left for a wedding trip and upon their return home will be at home near St. Bethlehem, where the groom is engaged in farming.
