In 1821 Wilson Sanderlin/Sanderling Bond to Thomas C. Casey:
The condition of the Obligation is Thos. Casey gives Sanderlin a
Title to a tract of land laying in TN in the Co. of Montgomery which was
guarded by the State of NC for the services of Wm . Goodman. Sanderlin
is to sue for and recover land or obtain it in any other way (960 acres)
and to make good a title to said Casey for half.Recorded in 1825 in Currituck
Co. NC.
