Eleanor Feltner, 71, Big Rock, died Saturday, Dec. 6, 1986, at her residence.  The funeral will be at 10 a.m., Monday, at Anglin Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Carl Wilson officiating.  Burial will be in Morgan Cemetery, Bumpus Mills.  Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. today at the funeral home.  She was born on July 23, 1915 in Stewart County, the daughter of Horace E. and Maggie Atkins Wallace.  She was the widow of Samuel Feltner.  She was a homemaker and a member of Bumpus Mills United Methodist Church.  Survivors include her mother, Indian Mound; three sons, Kenneth E. Feltner, Grandbury, TX; Troy Feltner, Old Hickory; Roy Feltner, Clarksville; a stepson, James Feltner, Cadiz, KY; two brothers, Hugh Wallace, Granite City, IL; and Carl D. Wallace, Lebanon; and six grandchildren.  Pallbearers include Rubin Ross, Carlon Page, Robert Castile, Lloyd Cherry, Woodrow Ross and Arvin Hester.

(On her maternal side, Eleanor was a ggg granddaughter of Rev. War soldier Lewis Atkins.)
