Rites This Afternoon for
Car-Train Victim
Hopkinsville –
Services for Elliott S. Wall, 31, Hopkinsville auto
salesman killed in a car-train collision here Wednesday, will be at 2
p.m.
today at Henninger and Lilly funeral home.
Burial will be in Green Hill Memorial Gardens.
Pierce A. Daniel, 34, also a Hopkinsville car salesman, who was
in the car with Mr. Wall, remained in critical condition at Jennie
Stuart
Hospital later yesterday. Mr. Wall is
survived by his wife, Mrs. Mamie Soapes Wall; four children, Larry, 11;
Eddie
Ray, 7; Debbie, 6; and Janis, 3; his mother, Mrs. Elmwood Wright, Todd
County;
a brother Dotson Wall, Hopkinsville, and a sister, Mrs. Virgie Morgan,
Christian County.

Elliott was a great grandson of Martha L. Roper and Edward
Matthew
Threatt. He was the ggg grandson of
Rev. War soldier Lewis Atkins.)
