Dorothy L. Norfleet, 74, Clarksville, died Monday, May 1, 2000, at Gateway Medical Center, Clarksville.  The funeral was held May 2 at Anglin Funeral Home, Dover, with Rev. Charles Beecher officiating.  Burial was in Hall Cemetery, Indian Mound.  She was born Sept. 22, 1925, in Stewart County, daughter of Martha Atkins Norfleet and Cleveland Norfleet.  Miss Norfleet was a homemaker and a member of Rose Valley United Methodist Church, Indian Mound.  Survivors include a nephew, Billy Norfleet, Dover; and a niece, Doris Key, Dover.  Family and friends served as pallbearers.

(Note:  Dorothy was a gg granddaughter of Bazel and Martha Hood Smith.  She was a ggg granddaughter of Rev. War soldier Lewis Atkins.)
