Services for Elsie Lenore Johnson, 55, the Montgomery County trustee, will be at 2 p.m. today at McReynolds-Nave Chapel with the Revs. C. G. Sego and John Bailey officiating.  Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.  Miss Johnson, 215 South Second St., died Thursday at her residence after a brief illness.  She was born Aug. 11, 1928, in Stewart County, daughter of Edward Johnson and Augusta Atkins.  She was a member of Berea Baptist Church.  Survivors include three brothers, James Johnson, Clarksville; Everett Johnson, Woodlawn; and Nathan Johnson, Granite City, IL; and two sisters, Lyma Morgan, Oak Grove, KY; and Ophelia Bryant, New London, IA.  Pallbearers will be George Newton, Alton Radford, Sr., Leonard Shepherd, Michael Morgan, Patrick Morgan, Richard Johnson, and Bruce Bryant, Jr.  Honorary pallbearers will be the elected officials of the Montgomery County Courthouse.

(Note:  Elsie Lenore Johnson was the gg granddaughter of Bazel and Martha Hood Smith.  She was the ggg granddaughter of Rev. War soldier, Lewis Atkins.)
