Funeral services for Mrs. Miranda Wall, 87, who died suddenly Friday morning following a heart attack at the home of her son, Wilber Wall at Sango, were held at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon at Sango Methodist Church by Rev. R. C. Moore, pastor.  Burial was in Sango cemetery.  Her husband died ten years ago.  She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. John Cherry, Clarksville; and Mrs. E. P. Wall, Indian Mound; four sons, William Wall, Bumpus Mills; E. F. Wall, Detroit; Clayton and Wilber Wall, with whom she made her home; 18 grandchildren.  She joined the Methodist Church at an early age. 

(Note:  Rachel Miranda Threatt (3 Apr 1857-22 Dec 1944) married Norvell Alexander Wall on 21 Nov 1883.  She was the daughter of Martha L. Roper and Edward Matthew Threatt and the granddaughter of Rachel Atkins and Charles David Roper.)
