            Mallie Duncan McGregor Atkins, 80, of 153 Lexington Drive, died Saturday at Memorial Hospital following a brief illness.
            Services will be 3 p.m. today at Sykes Funeral Chapel with Rev. C. J. Dexter and the Rev. John David Laida officiating.  Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
            Mrs. Atkins, a housewife, was born June 21, 1900, in Stewart County, the daughter of the late Mason Clayton and Ludie Vesta Equals McGregor.  She was the widow of Fred Elmore Atkins.    
            Survivors are two sons, Ken Atkins, Clarksville; and F. Wyatt Atkins, Austin, TX; five daughters, Frances Schwab, Denver, CO; Mary Hartman, Clarksville; Ann Green, Nashville; Ellen Carlsen, Clarksville and Kathryn Earl, Columbia; 15 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
            Pallbearers include Andrew Earl, Richard Carlsen, Stanley Green, Russ Eisenhardt, Kenyon Hartman, Kevin Conwell and Arnie Carlsen.
            Mrs. Atkins is a charter member of the New Providence Baptist Church Missionary Society, as well as a church member and an Eastern Star member.
