Lucy Teasley Will

I Lucy Teasley do make and publish this as my last will and Testament. Cindy Teasley rewriting and making void all other wills at anytime made first. I direct that my funeral expenses and all my just debts be paid as soon as possible after my death money that I may die passed off to my first son into the hands of my executor. Secondly I give and bequeath to my son John Teasley a Negro woman Heir name Papsey. Thirdly I give and bequeath to my son James Teasley a Negro boy Bob----Fourthly I give and bequeath to my son George TEasley a Negro boy heir named Mark. Fifthly I give and bequeath to my Great Grandson George Washington Teasley son of John D. Teasley a Negro boy slave named Drew. Sixthly I give and bequeath to my son in law and daughter Adam and Aqullia both a Negro slave named James. Seventhly I give and bequeath to the legal heirs of my son Isham Teasley Drew two small Negro boy named Bill and Peter. Eighthly I give and bequeath to my daughter Pricilla Parker during her natural life and after her death to her legal heirs a Negro girl named Mauren. Ninthly I give and bequeath to my daughter Winnia Inger a Negro girl slave name Shela. Tenthly I give and bequeath to my son in law and daughter Henry and Lucy Hunter during the lifetime of my daughter Lucy Hunter and after her death and the lawful heirs of her a negro girl slave named Sarah it is also my Will and desire that after my death that my personally property to be sold and the proceeds to be equally divided amongst my legal heirs. I do hereby nominate my son George Teasley and my friend James Frazier my executive in witness Name of God this my will let my hand and seal this 30th day of April 1846.
