To the Teacher of Dunbar (White) School.
            District No. 20, County of Montgomery, Tennessee:

    Chapter 9 of the Public Acts of 1913, as amended by Chapter 143, Acts 1919, requires the attendance at school of all children between the ages of 7 and 16, inclusive, for the entire term of school in each year in the county or city in which said child may reside.  The pupils named below belong to your school and should be in regular attendance.  The law makes it your duty to report to the Board of Education the names of all in this list who are not in regular attendance upon your school, with such excuses as their parents or guardians may give.  This report should be made at the close of each school month.
