Deed from RICHARD POWELL to JAMES BUNTING

Indenture made this 5th day of March 1805, between Richard Powell of Montgomery county, and James Bunting of the same county, for and in consideration of the sum of two and fifty dollars to him in hand paid, for a tract lying on the south side of Red River, and containing eighty acres.
