Know all Men by those present that we Balam Bull, Thomas Smith and Jesse Sullivant all of the State of Tennessee and County of Montgomery, are held firmly bound with the Governor, in and over the State aforesaid, on his succession in Office, in the just sum of five hundred dollars, to be paid Governor or his successors in Office, or their assignees which payment with and do truly to be made, we bind ourselves our heirs Executors and Administrations, jointly Soverally him by these presents, Sealed with our seals and dated this twentieth day of October 1814. The Conditions of the above obligation is such, that if the above bounded Balam Bulle Administrator of all & Singular the goods and Chattles, rights & credits of Jeremiah Bulle deceased, do make or cause to demands a rue and perfect Inventory of all and Singular the goods & Chattles of the deceased, which have or shall convey into the hands knowledge or processions of the said Balam Bulle or into the hands or possession of any other person or persons for him and the same made do exhibit or cause to be ex hibited into our ensueing County Court, and the same goods, chattles, rights and Credits and all other goods, chattles, rights and credits of the deceased at the time of his death, which at any time hereafter comes into the hands of any other person or pe rsons for him, do well and truely administer according to law, and further do make, or cause to be made a true & just account of the Administration, within one year after the date of these presents, and all the rest and residues of the fair goods, Chattle s, and Credits which may be found remaining on the said Administration account, the famp being first administered and allowed agreeably to law, shall deliver and pay unto such person or persons respectively, as the same shall be due, pursuant to the true intent and meaning of this administration, and if it ???? that any Wid or Testament was made by the deceased and Executor or Executrix thereto namely do exhibit in the same onto Court, makeing it allowed and approved of accurately if the said Balam Bull e thereunto be requested to render & deliver said letter of administration, approbation of such testament being first hand & made in our said Court, then this obligation to be paid also to remain in full forces & law.
