          Oscar L. Gunson

         December 29, 1984

  Funeral services were conducted Dec. 31. 1983, by Dr Ronald Carrier for Oscar Gunson, son of the late Al­bert and Catherine Winchester Gun­son.

  Mr. Gunson was born Nov. 1, 1907.   He was a member of McKendree Methodist Church in Cumberland City where
he was born and reared.

  His wife, Nina Mickel Gunson, preceded him in death by five months.

  Survivors are three sisters, Cora Perdue, Nashville, Irene Powers, Cumberland City and Elizabeth Sine, Erin; two brothers, Ernest Gunson, Baltimore, Md., and Johnnie Nichols Gunson, Nashville.

  Interment was in Woodlawn Me­morial Park with Woodlawn Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Friends served as pallbearers.
