Special to The Chattanooga Times Athens, Tenn., March 22 -- Funeral services will be conducted at 10 o'clock Wednesday morning for William Edward Woods, 64, killed last Wednesday night when a horse-drawn sled on which he was riding was struck by an automobile. Rites will be at the Kyker-Quisenberry Funeral Home here, with the Rev. Lester Colloms, pastor of Trinity Methodist Church, officiating, and burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Clyde Woods of Chattanooga and Mrs. E. Lee Bryant of Birmingham; two sons, Hubert of the U. S. Army and William Woods Jr. of Portland, Ore.; three grandchildren; one sister, Mrs.Kate Kirkland of Mascot, Tenn.; two brothers, Z. V. Woods of Athens and Worth Woods of Murphy, N. C.
