I Jacob Wammack of the county of McMinn State of Tennessee do make and publish
this my "last" will and testament hereby revoking all other "wills" ...... me
at any time made. 1st I will my body to the ...... and dust and soul to God
who gave it  ......  . I also direct my funeral expenses and
all "just" debts be paid as soon after my death as "possible" out of any
moneys I may die "possessed" of  ....... come into the hands of my executors.
(Secondly) ...... where as on the tenth day of October one thousand eight
hundred & forty five\ a family of negros ...... I rasied was valued &
divided among my "children" and all sworn to stand to the valuation a.....
said valuation amounted to two thousand ...... hundred & eighty seven
dollars and fifty cents for each one of my heirs two hundred and eighty
dollars & fifty cents a piece for I had at "the" time in the above date
nine heirs and they "had" all  received their above named share ..... said
valuation  was made by James Lillard, William Lill"ard" and Emanuel "Hany"
oath to do justice between my children. ....... Family of negros descended to
my heirs. ...... will from their aunt Testimony Wills t..... Mother & heirs of
her body and they ...... got them or their value according to ....... "tenor"
of said Will. So in addition to .... my beloved daughter Dessy Moore has
...... received. I will and bequeath to ....... five
dollars out of any moneys I may "possessed" of, 
Thirdly, I give and bequeath ...... my children Jacob Wammack Junior, John
Wammack, Daniel Wammack,Susan Rivers, Mary Powel, Sarah Elder & Narissus Lucas
all my personal property such as horses, cows, sheep, hogs, household and
kitchen furniture to be equally divided amongest them as ...... is about all I
possess as I have sold and divided my land away Of my negro woman Lilday to go
among her children where she ...... also a negro woman Kity to go where she
....... also, 
Fourthly, and lastly I nominate and ....... my sons John Wammack and Daniel
