WILL OF DOCTOR PEARSON
I, Doctor Pearson, being of sound mind and memory do make and publish
this my last will and testament in manner and form following.
First, I wish all my just debts paid out of my personal property,
that is to say out of my cattle and horses should there be a stock sufficient
to discharge my debts to be lawfully sold by my Executors hereafter to
be mentioned and should it be insufficient to satisfy the demands against
my estate any other articles or articles that my family can best spare
until all is satisfied. Secondly, I wish all the remainder part of my personal
property to be kept together until my youngest son Charles Maston Pearson
arrives to the age of twenty one years and then to be equally distributed
share and share alike to all my lawfull heirs. Thirdly, as to my
real estate that is to say my land, I leave it for the support of my helpless
family until the above mentioned Charles Maston Pearson arrives to the
aforesaid age of twenty one years and then for my heirs to make an equal
division betwixt themselves, share and share alike. Each one to have
and to hold their equal share forever. Fourthly, I appoint my beloved
Lovey Pearson and John Foster, my executors to this my last will and testament.
Hereby revoking all former will or wills by me.
In witness thereof, I set unto with my hand and seal this 4th day
