FACTS: Rev. James WILLIAMS of Chapel Hill was the brother of William WILLIAMS of the Belfast area. His youngest daughter, Martha Matilda, married the youngest son of Williams WILLIAMS, Alfred Ogilvie. Rev. James WILLIAMS came to Tennessee, settled first in Williamson county in 1809, later moved to Marshall county and established his home in the area now known as Chapel Hill, was Civil Order. He was a Methodist minister, built his church in the area, as well as other many other prospering enterprises. Thought to have built the first brick home in the area. <\/div>\r\n
