HAYES,<\/p>\n<p>In the first place I will that Nancy C. CAMBELL and her son William have the ____ of the improved parte of my Land this Year and after this year the land is to be Equally Divided between John M. HAYSE and William L. N.<br \/>\nI will to J. M. HAYES one Bed and funiture and one Bedstead, also one bed and furniture to William L. N.<br \/>\nalso I will one cow to Nancy C. CAMPBELL, also I leave John M. HAYES to pay my debts, acknowledged to in the presence of the undersigned witnesses<\/p>\n<p>S. D. WILSON<br \/>\nAnderson S. HAYES<\/p>\n<p>State of Tennessee, Marshall County Court June Term 1846<br \/>\nPersonally appeared in open court S. D.
