Mrs. W. H. Perkins Mrs. W. H. (Bill) Perkins, 74, of Whitwell, Tenn., died in a Chattanooga hospital early Friday morning. She is survived by her husband; two daughters, Mrs. Fred Gravitt, Mrs. Bob Griffith; four sons, J. W., J. K. and Hoyt Perkins all of Whitwell; Lancy Perkins of Kimball, Tenn.; 31 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren.
