ADAMS, ALLISON
We are trying to find the parents of William Columbus ADAMS. We have found a record that he was born in 1823 in Marion County, TN. It is possible that he had a brother named David who would have been about two years younger. We don’t know about other brothers or sisters. He married Mary Ann Polly Lee Allison (born in TN in 1823) in 1843 but we are not sure where in TN they were married. We believe that at least one of their children was born in Montgomery County, TN.

ANDERSON, ROLLINS, ENOCH
ANDERSON, ROLLINS, ENOCH- John Jefferson ROLLINS and Margarett Martha Ann ANDERSON, residents of Grundy, Marion and Franklin Counties, finally settled and lived out there remaining years in Franklin County. John was a farmer and coal miner. After inheriting her fathers land, Albert Spencer ANDERSON, Margarett and John built a log house near the Midway community. They are also buried nearby in the Anderson Cemetary in Franklin County. Margarett’s parents were Albet Spencer Anderson and Rebecca Elizabeth ENOCH. But who were there parents? Albert and Rebecca were married in Lincoln County Jan. 9, 1848. They had 10 children: Ike, John, Jim, David, Mary, Let, Margarett, Sarah, John and Issacc William. The father of John Jefferson ROLLINS was Jim Sr. His mothers name is uncertain to us. (Probably Olivia Ann?) They had at least 8 children to this union. Benjamin Moses, John Jefferson, Jim ! Jr., Bud, Margaret, Mandy, Lizzie and George. It appears that Jim Sr. was married a 2nd time to a Becky Partin.
