McWILLIAMS, LUCETTA,Looking for gravesite for Lucetta McWilliams. Found her husband at Red Hill, Whitwell, when I visited there. Lucetta died CA 1896 according to new book, "Lamb and Allied Families...." Also, James McWilliams and Neal died March 23 and March 30, 1892. SMITH, JOHN AND REBECCA. Looking for parents of both. I found them by a stroke of good luck in Cherokee County, AL in 1850 with small children. And in 1860. In 1870 they are in Whitwell area, Marion County. Rebecca Thomas and John Smith had their first child about 1843. Buried at Red Hill, Whitwell. Does anyone know about their parents?. I am looking for information on a JOSEPH FREELS OWENS who lived in Tn. Joseph was born in Scott County, Va. in 1864. I am not sure when he moved to Tn. My great, great, granddad was born in Marion County on August 14, 1842. His name was Benjaman Franklin Lasater. I believe he was the son of Jonathon (sp?) Lasater.
