ADKERSON was in his teens during the Civil War and reportedly was from
Sand Mountain Alabama but there are no ADKERSONs in Dekalb County 1850

just following some tenuous leads to the counties bordering Alabama and

have been unable to locate a deed either transferring the land to her or a
deed where she sold the land. Since this is a very large tract of land I

Solomon Bolton my 2nd great grandfather was a prosecutor against
William Brumley/Bromley. the case was held in Circuit court at Jasper, Tn
Judge Scott presiding. William entered a Tn prison on July 30,1840 for
child murder of his step-son and solomon's grandson. His discharge was
Dec. 12, 1849. Where is this case now if not at the Court house? I need a
copy of it, also place of interment of the child. Was the child's name
