Last Will and Testament of Bill Harris.

I, Bill Harris, of So. Pittsburg, Tennessee, being of sound mind and disposing memory do hereby make, publish and declare the following as and for my last will and testament.

1. I direct that all my just debts be paid as soon after my death as can conveniently be done.

2. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, I give and bequeath to my wife, if living, and if not to my heirs at law.

3. I hereby nominate and appoint A. A. Cook, Jr of So. Pittsburg, Tennessee as Executor of this will and direct that no bond shall be required of him as such.

In Testimony whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name in the presence of the undersigned whom I have requested to become subscribing witnesses hereto, at So. Pittsburg, Tennessee, this November 20th 1930.
